Join us to celebrate the release of Magnolia Flower and learn about the wonderful picture books, board book and YA novels to come. We are excited to partner with Class Act Detroit, a source of free youth programing in Detroit. Together we welcome the community to celebrate Zora Neale Hurston and to be apart of the joy of sharing her stories with the new generation.
Book Tickets save you a spot and include a copy of the new picture book Magnolia Flower as well as support Class Act Detroit. General admission ticket saves you a spot and some of the processes support Class Act Detroit . There will be additional picture books and other young adult titles by Dr. Kendi available for sale at the event.
